Dear Reader, I used to work hard - the 10 hour days, 6 days a week. But I didn't start making "real money" until I met Anthony ("Tony") Sarlinaro by accident. I was dealing poker at The Mirage in Vegas. I thought I'd seen it all, but Anthony was unique.
